LOCATION:Main Street | Downtown Hartford CAR SHOW Day of Information Participants arrival pattern: (see below) Cars may begin arriving at 7:30am to park (NO earlier\, NO exceptions). Enter from North Johnson Street from Hwy 60 and follow those directing traffic. Group(s)\; Organize your group in the Rec Center parking lot\, then enter the parking procession as a group. ONCE YOU ARE PARKED FOR THE SHOW\, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE YOUR CAR UNTIL 3:00PM. (For Safety Reasons\, NO Exceptions) Each paid registrant may submit one ballot given to you at check-in. Ballots must be turned in at the check-in table by 12:30pm. After 12:30pm ballots will not be counted for judging.
